Another one for the diary!!

Keep it clear. Sunday the 15th August. We are looking into making use of Leyland Park's most stand out features, the bandstand! We are hoping to have a local brass band in the park.

Other ideas are also being looked at to make the day special and to hopefully get local people into the park.

If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to drop us a line:

Litter pick date announced - 27th June

During Thursday's committee meeting, it was decided to arrange our summer litter pick for Sunday the 27th June at 1.oopm. We are hoping for a good turn out, which will hopefully match or surpass that of our previous pick last winter. The park is looking pretty good at the moment, but litter is always an issue and this is our chance to get the community together and show that we care about keeping OUR park a clean, tidy and pleasant place to be. We will be distributing leaflets to advertise the event in the near future!!!!
